Before making a purchase, please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they govern the contractual relationship regarding the purchase of items on the website www.nomination.bg. 1. GENERAL INFORMATION AND SELLER DETAILS
1.1 These general terms and conditions govern the online sale of Nomination items on the website www.nomination.bg, operated by New Vision - BG Ltd., Bulgaria, with registered office at Vl. Varnenchik residential complex, bl.308, registered for VAT with BULSTAT BG200244871.
1.2 These sales terms are governed by Legislative Decree No. 206 / 2005 (Consumer Code), supplemented and amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 and Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 (E-Customer Code).
2. CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Only customers who meet the following requirements may use the service:
Be at least 18 years old;
Purchasing products from www.nomination.bg may not be done for wholesale or other commercial purposes;
Have a valid email address.
2.2 New Vision - BG Ltd. reserves the right to reject orders from customers who do not meet these requirements. Orders from countries not served by the company are also not processed.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
3.1 The distinctive characteristics of the products sold on www.nomination.bg are shown in the technical datasheet available on the website and visible before purchasing each product. Each viewed product is accompanied by a brief description of its main characteristics. New Vision - BG Ltd. reserves the right to modify product descriptions in the aforementioned technical datasheets at any time. Product images published on the website represent the items for sale as accurately as possible. However, the product’s color and/or size may differ due to the browser or screen used during website browsing. New Vision - BG Ltd. is not responsible for any discrepancies in item images or colors due to such technical reasons. For the purposes of the sales contract, the product is identified solely by the product description in the online technical datasheet at the time of purchase.
4. PRICES
4.1 Product prices are listed in Bulgarian leva, VAT included, excluding possible shipping costs. Shipping costs are listed in the "Delivery and Charges" section and are communicated to the customer during cart review. New Vision - BG Ltd. reserves the right to change the conditions in the “Delivery and Charges” section at any time; however, the shipping cost charged will be the same as shown in the order summary at the time of order placement.
4.2 Nomination Srl reserves the right to change product prices at any time without notice; however, the price charged to the customer will be the one displayed on the website at the time the order is submitted.
5. SALES, PAYMENT TERMS & CONTRACT FINALIZATION
5.1 To purchase one or more items, customers fill out and submit to New Vision - BG Ltd. an electronic purchase order (considered a binding contractual offer), which includes information about each item’s main characteristics and price, selected payment method, shipping method, and transport charges. Before submitting the order, customers may review and correct any data entry errors. Customers must confirm acceptance of these general terms and conditions for the order to be valid.
5.2 The sales order is stored in our database for the time required to process it and for administrative purposes, as required by law.
5.3 Only the following payment methods are accepted:
Cash on delivery via Postal Money Transfer (PMT) upon receipt, with preview and return option (return costs are at the buyer’s expense).
5.4 Once your request is received, you will receive an automatic confirmation email that your order has been entered into our system. This is not a confirmation of order fulfillment, but a receipt of your purchase request.
You will receive a second email after we verify the order and product availability, confirming the order has been processed. At that point, the contract becomes binding. This email includes a reference to the previously accepted Terms and Conditions and a full summary of your purchase.
New Vision - BG Ltd. may suspend order processing in the following cases:
(a) incomplete or incorrect orders;
(b) items not available (either out of stock or no longer for sale).
5.5 Credit card data is handled with full confidentiality. New Vision - BG Ltd. is not responsible for any card fraud by third parties. For added security, New Vision - BG Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the transaction and/or request additional information or documents in case of suspected fraud.
6. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
6.1 Orders are shipped by New Vision - BG Ltd., Varna, Bulgaria, Monday through Friday from 14:00 to 17:30. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
6.2 In-stock items are delivered within 5 business days of the order. Temporarily out-of-stock items are delivered within 3 weeks, and no later than 30 days from the contract date. Delays may occur due to seasonal or organizational issues; in such cases, customers will be informed via email. If the item is not delivered within 30 days, customers may contact Customer Service to request delivery within a reasonable extension. If this is not met, the customer has the right to cancel the contract.
6.3 Delivery is via Speedy / Ekont courier services.
6.4 Orders are delivered to the address provided in the "delivery address" field.
6.5 Deliveries from www.nomination.bg are made only within Bulgaria.
6.6 All possible shipping charges are shown in the order summary.
6.7 Customers must inspect items immediately upon delivery and report any anomalies, tampering, or damage on the courier’s delivery document and later to New Vision - BG Ltd. via varna.store@nomination.com.
6.8 Any undelivered items must be reported within 8 days of receiving the delivery notification email to varna.store@nomination.com, allowing New Vision - BG Ltd. to submit a prompt claim to the courier. After this period, the shipment is considered received, unless proof is provided that meeting the deadline was objectively impossible. Customers must also report any packaging or product damage.
6.9 New Vision - BG Ltd. is not liable for missing content from a package if it arrives sealed and untampered.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
7.1 Nomination Srl reserves the right to delay delivery in the event of circumstances beyond its control. New Vision - BG Ltd. is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations in case of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, terrorism, war, uprisings, power outages, general strikes, or transportation disruptions.
8. PRODUCT WARRANTY
8.1 All items on www.nomination.bg are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Each item comes with a warranty certificate. Customers are entitled to a free repair or replacement, if in stock. If the item is discontinued and cannot be repaired, its price may be reduced. The warranty does not cover wear, damage, or defects caused by accident, misuse, or customer negligence. Claims require proof of purchase (receipt or delivery invoice).
8.2 Customers noticing a defect during the warranty period should email varna.store@nomination.com including their personal information and order number. New Vision - BG Ltd. will arrange return and re-shipment at their expense.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
9.1 Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason customers are not satisfied, they may withdraw within 30 working days of receiving their order. For multiple items in one order, the period begins from the last item received. Withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized products (exception: Composable bracelets, where personalization does not void the right of withdrawal). To exercise this right, customers must request authorization via the return process or send a clear statement to varna.store@nomination.com. New Vision - BG Ltd. will confirm receipt by email.
Notifying within the 30-day window is sufficient. All payments, including standard delivery (excluding extra delivery options), will be refunded within 14 days. Refunds are processed using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. No extra charges are incurred. Refunds are held until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the 14-day period expires. Due to the nature of the items, returns should be made via courier with insurance. Return costs are borne by the customer.
Customer Service will contact you if returned items do not meet the conditions outlined below (article 9.2). You may accept a deduction from your refund or request the item back at your expense. If no option is chosen, New Vision - BG Ltd. will retain the item and deduct the estimated reduced value.
9.2 After receiving a return request, New Vision - BG Ltd. will send a confirmation email with a Return Authorization Number. This must be printed and attached to the product. Without this, returns will not be accepted.
9.3 The returned product must:
Not be used, worn, or washed;
Have no visible signs of wear or damage on the packaging;
Include warranty certificate, all tags, packaging, and original accessories.
9.4 New Vision - BG Ltd. will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met. Additionally, returns are not accepted in cases of:
(a) theft or loss during return shipping;
(b) used or damaged returned items.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The purchase agreement via www.nomination.bg is governed by Bulgarian law.
Any disputes related to these Terms & Conditions or the purchase agreement will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court where the customer resides or has chosen domicile.

In Bulgaria, official retail activities under the Nomination brand are carried out by the following authorized franchise partners:
