1. Online with a debit/credit card, through the "my POS" system
When paying by card, you are required to enter a 3D security password, which you can obtain from your servicing bank. The types of bank cards we accept are: Visa and MasterCard.

Please double check that the details you submitted are correct. For credit or debit card payments, make sure your card is valid, that the 3-digit code on the back of your card is entered correctly. It is possible that the payment has been blocked by your bank. Please contact them for more details. If the problem persists, you can try an alternative payment method (cash on delivery) or contact our customer service at varna.store@nomination.com.

Once you receive an order confirmation email, it is not possible to make updates online. Please send your request to varna.store@nomination.com as soon as possible and our customer service team will determine what action can be taken depending on the stage the order has reached.

Promotions or promo codes give you discounts on your online purchases. To receive your discount, enter the promo code in the appropriate field during checkout. You'll immediately see the discount applied to your entire order. Only one promo code can be used per order. Some restrictions may apply regarding validity period, product category and/or minimum purchase order values. Any restrictions will be stated in the promotion. Promo codes that reduce the price of an item cannot be used on products that are already discounted. To receive promo codes, you can subscribe to our newsletter.

The delivery time is indicated in the details of each item. We will make every effort to meet the specified delivery time. We will always keep you informed if problems occur during busy holiday periods or if there are unexpected delays. You will see a notification in the shopping cart or receive an email from our customer service team.

If you made the purchase from a registered account, go to "My Account" and click on "My Orders" where you will see a history of all the orders you have placed. You will be able to check the status of each order. If you made your purchase as a guest or without logging into your account, please check the automatic emails you received at the email address provided in the order.

All Nomination jewelery comes in our signature Nomination packaging. Product-specific packaging is provided, taking into account each product's characteristics and shipping requirements. You can see the packaging in the product details of each item.

While placing your order, you can choose the gift set, which includes a NominatioN logo bag, a card containing your personalized message, and a decorative ribbon. If you have purchased gifts for more than one person and need multiple gift sets, please write your request in the notes field or contact our customer service team.

DELIVERY

The online store www.nomination.bg accepts orders and sends deliveries only on the territory of Bulgaria.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. You will also receive an email from the courier, Speedy / Ekont, containing the tracking number, which you can use directly on their website to track your shipment. You will also receive automatic update emails. If delivery issues occur, you will receive email notifications from our customer service team.

Of course, that's the whole idea of Nomination's composable bracelets: add Links one by one to remember special moments and make your bracelet change with you, so that it's always as unique as you are. To purchase individual Links, visit "Composable - Links & Symbols". Use the filters to find the right sizes and Links specifically for your bracelet (Big or Classic) and choose the themes you want. Have fun with the huge variety of themes and symbols!

The Nomination Composable Bracelet is available online in two different sizes, which are not interchangeable:

- Classic size - Link height = 0.8 cm.
- Large size - Link height = 1.2 cm.

Before ordering more Links for yourself or a loved one, please check carefully that you have selected the correct size.

Some of the Nomination Links can be engraved and this feature is noted in their description. Link engraving takes approximately 20 business days and you can find pricing details in your shopping cart.

Due to manufacturing limitations, it is not possible to create a custom Link. Each Link is handcrafted by our Florentine artisans and the minimum order is 200 pieces per design. But we'd love to hear your ideas for new symbols. Send us your suggestions at varna.store@nomination.com and we will pass them on to our design department. Our team will also suggest similar existing Links that you may like that can be engraved.

All composable Links containing letters or symbols have a stainless steel base (silver color). For production reasons, it is not possible to create them on a colored base, but you can alternate colored Links with Links containing letters and symbols. Create your own look or be inspired by ours in Composable Bracelets.

Adding, removing and moving Links is super easy! It may take a try or two the first time, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy. Check out our tutorial and see for yourself how easy it is to customize your Composite Bracelet.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the item within 30 work days of the delivery date. For full details of our returns policy, see Returns. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that all conditions are met, we will exchange the item or proceed with the refund according to your request. In the case of a refund, the deadline for receiving the refund depends on the conditions of the bank and/or the type of credit card used.

You can contact our Customer Service Team at varna.store@nomination.com and send us a picture/screenshot of your order. All orders are hand packed by our staff so human error is possible. We screenshot the orders during packaging so our Customer Service Team will compare the screenshots and be able to immediately check the error and proceed to fix the issue.

WARRANTY AND REPAIR

All Nomination jewelery comes with an internationally recognized 2-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. The warranty is stamped and signed, dated and attached to the receipt and you will find it in your shipment. To take advantage of the warranty, you must present the receipt showing the date of purchase, as well as the warranty certificate, which is stamped and signed by New Vision-BG Ltd. Please keep them together as one. If your order is intended as a gift, it is very important that you either keep the Receipt and the Warranty with you, or give them to the recipient of the jewelry.
Manufacturer's warranty Nomination Srl. does not cover rhodium and gold plated items and it does not cover accidental breakage of precious stones. Discoloration of the plating due to misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect. Damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse or oxidation is not covered by the warranty. Improper use includes daily wearing of the gold-plated jewelry, use of perfumes and cosmetics, water. Gold-plated jewelry are very delicate. Therefore, we advise our customers not to wear them daily. They are meant more for special occasions or outfits.

If the jewelry purchased online is damaged during the 2-year warranty period and meets the warranty conditions, New Vision-BG Ltd. will send your jewelry to Nomination Italy for repair. Please review Nomination's warranty policy and/or contact our customer service team at varna.store@nomination.com for instructions.

Please visit one of our official retail stores. They will take care of the repair there according to our rules. Please bring the damaged item along with the receipt and warranty certificate, which can be found in the original packaging. Find the nearest authorized dealer to you.

To maintain the appearance of your Nomination jewelry, follow the care and cleaning instructions provided in the Warranty and Care Instructions. We strongly recommend that you refrain from wearing the jewelry when taking a shower or bath or exercising. Always remove your jewelry when applying perfume, body lotions and suntan lotions. Do not wear your jewelry while using detergents, bleach, ammonia, or rubbing alcohol. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean gold and silver. Do not use any type of brush or abrasive material that could scratch your jewelry. Use lukewarm water, soap and a soft brush to clean your Medical Steel Composite Bracelets.
